Our first e-newsletter was sent 2 weeks ago to local NIA chapter leaders. They suggested we send it to all NIA members who have provided us with their e-mail addresses, so we sent it along to you earlier this week. We hope you liked it - we think this new e-newsletter format will be a great way to keep in touch. Thanks to everyone who responded with lots of great comments and suggestions - keep 'em coming!

Minnesota Impala Club Regional NIA Convention, featuring the 50th Anniversary of the 1959 Chevrolet!
June 3-6, 2009 in beautiful Bloomington, Minnesota
The Minnesota Impala Club members have been hard at work planning a fantastic regional convention for you - June is a beautiful time of year here in Minnesota, and we know you'll have a great time.
Here are just a few of the highlights:

| 29th International NIA Convention
July 26-30 in Charlotte, North Carolina
Things are shaping up nicely as we wrap up the details of this year's NIA International Convention to be held in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte is in the heart of NASCAR country and we've already experienced that famous Southern hospitality - we just couldn't be more excited! Our host hotel is the brand-spanking-new Hilton Garden Inn located in Ayrsley, a suburb of Charlotte, NC and is located in southwest Mecklenburg County, just 15 minutes from the Charlotte-Douglas International airport.
The Hilton Garden Inn opened in the fall of 2008 and is situated in a beautiful development with shops, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. The hotel features a fitness room, pool, whirlpool, high-speed internet, on-site dining, plus a microwave and refrigerator in each room. We aim to give you the best value for your dollar and are pleased to announce we've secured a room rate of just $99 for all conventioneers.
