Hello,
Your car has been equipped with a windshield to keep the airborne road debris, precipitations, and strong winds from getting rushing into the passenger compartment of your vehicle. It is made up of various sub components, and among these is the windshield wiper motor. This windshield wiper part is responsible for providing the needed power to the windshield wipers. You can see your windshield wiper motor along the heater wiper motor tray, just in front of the windshield. If your car is also equipped with a rear windshield wiper motor, you can see one installed inside the upper rear roof or inside the tailgate. An electronic circuit inside your windshield wiper motor senses the position of the windshield wipers. They serve 2 basic tasks: first is to settle the wipers when they are on their intermittent setting; and second is to provide consistent power to the windshield wipers. Your windshield wiper motor does this through the worm gar that multiplies the motor torque by as much as 50 times. However, moisture can promote rust and build up to the contacts and stator mechanisms of your windshield motor. When this happens, the wiper blades can stop intermittently across the windshield.
thanks!!
