Hey, I would like to throw out an idea to see if there would be any interest in the club. I believe that a "Membership Registry" would be very helpful to all memebers. My idea is for the club to either post an on-line registry or issue a yearly newsletter of all members. The goal is to link fellow members in there home states and to call on fellow members if the need ever arises because of a breakdown during a roadtrip.

I have seen this work in others clubs and believe it to be a great tool to help the club move forward! Please reply with your thoughts, and maybe we can get this to the powers that be!!

great idea,also list there cars

Also add contact info (phone and email if member is OK with it).

My thought is, tell members it is going to happen, unless they contact NIA not to.
The members info would only be accesible to members of NIA.

This looked/sounded like a GREAT idea to me...has it really "DIED" on the vine here though after TWO years??? (Unfortunately like most of the "stale threads" on here??...maybe we need to "advertise" this forum more in our Club magazine or something to encourage folks to "log on" and engage???) This looks to be as much a "Ghost site" as when I FIRST signed on last year and I was all excited to participate...I'm sad to see not much has changed.

This is a lot like the Mercury Club of America and LCOC Club Forums I've been on...the Moderators are like the "MayTag Repairmen" of Cyberspace here! : > Anyway, these are still a great idea and useful "tool" for our members so I'll try harder to log on and support more!
