National Impala Association

Hi, my name is Rick and I am from Cambridge Mass. I recently acquired a 1964 Impala SS from my son who began a frame off restoration and ran out of resources. I already have a 1966 T-Bird and a 1929 Whippet which keeps me busy enough. My plan is to keep the car in the family and to present it to my grandson when the time is right(about 11 years) so there is time to do it right. All the work done so far has been top shelf and I will continue to do the same. There was no motor or tranny in the car and we are not sure what the car had although a 327 seems most likely. If all goes well perhaps Robbie will drive up to his HS graduation in a "brand new" 1964 Impala SS. I'm sure I'll be hounding the site picking brains and shopping for parts.
